Stephen Marks

Co-Founder/Executive Director

Stephen Marks is a dedicated educator and coach with a passion for wellness and inclusion. Currently serving as the Wellness Department Chair for Medfield Public Schools, Stephen also shares his expertise as an assistant coach for the girls varsity basketball team. With a wealth of experience in athletic leadership, Stephen previously held positions as Athletic Director at Ashland High School and Shady Hill School.

Stephen's journey in teaching and coaching began during his formative years at Camp Samoset, where he cultivated his love for sports and mentorship. As a counselor, he discovered his calling and later translated that passion into ownership and presidency of Fast Break Training, a renowned basketball camp and training company.

His commitment to fostering inclusive environments led him to serve as the Athletic Director at Camp Young Judaea, where he met and married his wife, Jamie. Their shared values inspired the creation of Linclusion, a venture dedicated to supporting individuals with autism, influenced by their son Lincoln's journey.

Stephen's dedication extends beyond professional endeavors; he also served as Assistant Director at Camp Bauercrest. Together with Jamie, they raise their two sons, Logan and Lincoln, in Ashland, MA, where they continue to impact lives through education, athletics, and community engagement.
